Created in 2004, ILEAD is a non-profit Organization of Independent Research, based in Cameroon and affiliated to many International Organisations. It intervenes in questions related to inclusive development of developing countries. ILEAD Volunteers work daily for the economic development and poverty alleviation through their efforts in R&D on cooperation and management of transfers of technologies for the incubations of Students’ Projects, Small Firms, and SMEs/SMIs in expanding sectors. ILEAD also works on the enhancement of research products and the capacity building of professionalization of teaching for a considerable reduction of the sufferings of Skilful-Hands. ILEAD is led by Mr KOUKEU Valentin, a Cameroonian born on the 24th January 1967. He holds a Post graduate Diploma in ICT, obtained from ICT University, USA in 2014. He has Diplomas in Higher Technical Teachers’ in Manufacturing Mechanical Engineering and Motor Mechanics from the Douala University in 2003 and 1993 respectively. He also holds a Certificate in Project Management from MDS Canada in 2015. Former Coordinator of UNESCO Clubs in schools, he and his student wrote in 1999 a peaceful song which he proposed as UNESCO Anthem. He permanently works as a Research Officer at the Ministry of Secondary Education, Cameroon.
