Mr Khaya Sishuba is a Director: Bilateral Relations –Europe and the Gulf States in the Department of Science and Technology. He is currently responsible for negotiating and overseeing science, technology and innovation partnerships with bilateral countries in Europe and the Gulf States. Before he joined the Department of Science and technology, he served in The Presidency as Assistant Director. Academically, he holds MSc in Industrial Strategy and Trade Policy (University of Manchester, UK), MA in Diplomatic Studies (University of Pretoria), and received training in Executive Program in Leadership and Economic Diplomacy (Civil Service College, Singapore) and Executive Program in Science, Technology and Innovation – Harvard University, US).
