Dr. Sammour is an assisstant professor in Business Informatics at the MIS department at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT). He received his BSc in computer science from PSUT in 1997 and his PhD in Business Informatics from Hasselt University, Belgium in 2012. Dr. Sammour's research interests are data mining and predictive models validation, process models performance analysis, activity-based forecasting models and e-learning and knowledge management. He published more than 20 research articles in international peer reviewed journals and meetings. Currently, Dr. Sammour is the director of the quality assurance and accreditation centre at PSUT.
