Professor of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and over 20 years of academic and industrial experience. He has published a book and numerous journal and conference peer reviewed papers. His research has been funded by NATO, NASA, US Department of Homeland Security, Virginia Port Authority, Northrop Grumman, MITRE, CACI, Sentara Hospitals and Qatar Foundation. His research interests include Planning and Scheduling, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Simulation Modeling and Analysis.
