With a B.Sc. Hons. in Biochemistry and a D.Phil. in Chemistry, Max Paoli worked in the area of protein structure and molecular recognition for almost 20 years. He was a BBSRC David Phillips Fellow at the University of Cambridge, UK, for 5 years. He has been working with The World Academy of Sciences for nearly two years and is interested in various issues related to the use of science and scientific education for sustainable development.
