Beatriz Martínez studied Physics and Politics & Management of Science and Technology at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. She taught Physics at the Faculty of Engineering, UBA (1976-2009). Being an adjunct professor for 23 years. She worked in the National Institute of Industrial Technology, INTI (1977-2012). Developing activities in the R&D Energy Center. Since 2004 she was oriented to the management. She was General Management of INTI since 2009 until 2012 when she retired.
