After her law degree from the Marrakech school of Law school in 1991, she continued her Master’s degree in Lyon / Lyon in the field of defense and international security. After graduation, she enrolled for PhD in public international law relating to the territories and borders.

• Professor of international Law, University Abdelmalek ESSAADI, Tangier
• President of International Center for the promotion of Inter-African Cooperation (CIPCIA)
• Head of Research and Studies Group on Law, Society and Development in the Mediterranean (ERDSDEM)
• Responsible and Supervisor of “ Institutions and Development” seminars
• Member of several association of civil society.
• Political responsibilities:
• Vice president of the Tanger-Tetouan region (2009-2015)
• Member of the Tanger Municipal government (2009-2015)
• President of the Commission of urban planning in the Tanger-Medina district (2009-2015)
• Vice president of the network of fortified towns Tanger-Tetouan
• Vicepresident of the committee equal opportunity and gender
