-Academic consultant with more than thirty years of experience  at the Amman Baccalaureate School which offers the four International Baccalaureate Programs.

-Was the Vice Principal at the Amman Baccalaureate School (ABS) until I retired in 2014. Prior to that, I was the Insevice Director, Head of Middle School, Deputy Head for Middle School.

-Successfully introduced the IB Middle Years Program at ABS. Was heavily involved in teachers' training, recruitment, Accreditation, prrformance management and curriculum planning.

-Member in the national committee for United World Colleges

-Member in the Hashemite Scientific Society

-Member in the advisory committee for development of standards for teaching Arabic for native speakers

-NEASC and CIS accreditation member for schools' visits.
