Eric S. Howard (USA) is an accomplished leader with experience in organizational development for non-profits and institutions of higher-education, with a focus on science diplomacy, corporate engagement and external relations.  He designed and led initaitives at the Fulbright Academy of Science & Technology, Northeastern University’s College of Engineering, and the International Union for Conservation Nature, among others, and managed programs funded by UNESCO, UNEP, UNDP, US AID, US NSF, USDA, and public agencies in many countries, including El Salvador, Germany, Libya, Macedonia, Morocco, Panama, Qatar, Singapore, and UAE.  Howard earned a BA in Geology/Climate Change from Wesleyan University (Connecticut), a Master’s in Environmental Management from Duke University (North Carolina), and a graduate certificate in Business from Northeastern University (Massachusetts).  He was awarded environmental policy research fellowships from the US Environmental Protection Agency, World Wildlife Fund, and the Fulbright Exchange Program, and was a contributor to the Yearbook of International Environmental Law for eight years.
