I was born in Azerbaijan in 1941. I graduated from the Baku State University, the faculty of Oriental stadies. I am the member of Scientific Council Nizami Institute of Literature of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and the member of Writers" Union of Azerbaijan. I taught Arabic language and literature at the Baku State University, at the Baku Asian University, Baku Euroasian University and at the Egypt Central Culture in Baku. Currently my main place of work is Nizami Institute of Literature of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and my pozition is the Head of the Department of the ancient period of the Azerbaijan literature.
