I am Engineer Kawther Hamad. I am excellent achiever, goal and output oriented. I have been in the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission for four years now, where i worked in studying of the telecommunication equipment, their connection to the public telecommunication networks; we were coordinating with the testing laboratories to validate test reports. TRC is an observer member in the ETSI. It is a member in the IEEE. 

I worked in the Zain Jordan; I was ISP Inbound Technical Support Team Head. I was training coaching and managing agents responsible for answering the calls of the internet inquiries. Problems of Internet disconnection, No browsing problems, slow connection problem. Agents were training and coached to have the knowledge, the experience and the art of the communication with the customer to insure his satisfaction from the service and from the agent. 

I worked as an ISP Technical Support Agent, my smile and happiness to support and help was reaching the customers through phone communications. Customers were continuously thanking me during the full duration of the call.
