Souha Bawab has a degree in languages, literature and translation  .

She has worked at the French Embassy in Amman, where she held the position of Head of Administration, Communication and PR.

She is also a Partner and Consultant at Karim Bawab & Partners, Consultants & Engineers since 1981.

Souha is a founding member and the Executive Director of Friends of Jordan Festivals (since MArch 2010)  that organized many editions of the Jordan Festival with major International Cultural events. She is also  sits on the board of the following orgnizations :

• Honorary Board member of the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music since May 2012
• Board member of the Jordan Heritage Revival Company – one of the King Abdullah Fund for Development subsidiaries with partnership with ASEZA since March 2015
• Board member of Tiraz – Widad Kawar Home Museum since August 2015
• Board member of the Jordan Applied University College for Hospitality and Tourism since March 2016
• Advisory Board member of the King Hussein Foundation since July 2016

Souha is married and a mother of two children.
