Mr. Nael Al Mulki holds the M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri, USA (1993), B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Yarmouk University (1987). Currently he is the National Officer at UN ESCWA Technology Center. Formally he was Director of Business Development at the Business Park/ El Hassan Science City., in addition to Technology Transfer Consultant with ESCWA Technology Center.

He was the Director of Training Center, and Director of Technology Transfer Center at the Royal Scientific Society. He also worked at the Environmental Research Center as Assistant Director, Researcher, Quality expert and consultant (ISO 9001, 14001, 17025).
