Dr. IrenaYashin-Shaw (PhD. MEd. BA. Dip Teach. ATCL. CSP. FAIM)  is an innovation. creativity and leadership expert, educator and catalyst who works predominantly with government agencies and senior public sector leaders to build innovation capacity.

Prior to starting her own consultancy, she was an academic at Griffith University in Brisbane where she worked on a number of strategic improvement projects while lecturing and researching in various programs in the Education Faculty. Her Doctoral research was in the field of complex problem-solving for creative outcomes.
