Rosdiadee Nordin is a researcher in the area of wireless telecommunications. He aims to solve the fundamental problems and balance his research activities by taking into consideration the practical implementation of the wireless networks. He has recently completed the Newton Fund on the research related to Massive-MIMO for 5G network at the University of Bristol, United Kingdom, his alma mater. He also has research experience in other international research institutes, such as ICTP, Italy in 2014 and Wireless Research Centre at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand in 2013. Other than the international exposure, he has graduated 16 PhD students, produced more than 50 academic journal publications and leading several research projects at the national and international level. He is currently an Associate Professor of Electrical, Electronic & Systems Engineering at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Before this, he has five years working experience in telecommunication industry. He is a registered professional engineer, Senior Member of IEEE, member of Young Scientists Network (YSN), under the Academy of Science Malaysia (ASM) and finally, he is an advisor of Majalah Sains, which he hopes can increase the Malaysia literacy on a science topic.
