Dr Zaid Kilani is the nation’s leading expert in obstetrics, gynaecology and fertility treatment. He is responsible for introducing in-vitro-fertilization (IVF) to Jordan and the Middle East, and has pioneered the use of new medical device and treatments associated with pregnancy.

A fellow of the Royal College of Gynaecologists, Dr Kilani received his medical training in Germany and the UK before returning to Jordan to practice medicine. In 1978, he founded The Farah Hospital, which was later recognised as one of largest and most-prominent infertility centres in the world. Dr Kilani’s long list of prestigious awards includes the Medal of Independence from his Majesty the Late King Hussein of Jordan, and Shields for Distinguished Achievements from the Jordanian Medical Syndicate and the Jordanian Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
