Sharif Arar earned his ph.D degree in chemistry/ carbohydrates structural analysis form Guelph University/ Canada in 2009 followed by another post-doctoral year in the same field. Holding a position as an associate professor of analytical chemistry at the University of Jordan with main research lines focusing on food chemical analysis, analytical toxicology and environment.
