Maha Mohammad Alafeef recieved her Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (BME) from Jordan University of Science and Technology, with honors, the first among the batch. She has got the highest GPA among all the students since the opening of the BME program in 1998. Eng. Maha recieved six local and international awards includes the European-Union prize for distinguish girl's achievements in science. She currently hold the postition of Biomedical Engineer at Jordan University of Science and Technology. She has published three scientific papers in internationaly recognized journals and confrences, and other are still under review. Eng. Maha is the first Jordanian Biomedical Engineer who got placement as an intern at NASA Ames Research Center. Further, Maha is one of the innovation ambassadors at Jordan University of Science and Technology.
