Professor Zu'bi Al-Zu'bi

Zu'bi M.F. Al-Zu'bi received his B.Sc. in Business Administration and M.B.A. from Jordan and then moved to the UK to pursue doctoral studies at Durham Business School, also becoming the first Jordanian to hold the fellowship of the Higher Education Academy. Upon his return to Jordan, Zu'bi was appointed to the position of Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Business at the University of Jordan. In 2011, he became the chairman of the Business Management department, and worked with the Columbia University Middle East Research Center (CUMERC) on a series of events and seminars to discuss the economic reforms in Jordan midst the Arab Spring. In 2013, Zu'bi became the Dean of the business school of the University of Jordan, receiving his full professorship in 2016. That year he joined the newly formed QASR (Alquds Academy for Scientific research) as an executive director. Later that year, he became the President Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Development and International Relations. He is currently visiting Professor at the University of Sydney Business School. Professor Zu'bi is also the Secretary General of the Jordan Rugby Union.
