Prof. Rateb Al Soud is a professor of Educational Policy and Leadership. Prof. Al Soud has graduated from the University of Southern Calofornia 1988 with a PhD degree in educational policy and leadership. Former MP, Senator and Minsiter of Higher Education of Jordan. Currently, Prof. Al Soud is the Chairman of The Board of Trustees of Zarqa University.
