Karine Abdelnoor was appointed Director of Corporate Affairs Levant, in January 2016, in charge of Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine and Syria. She has been working arduously to introduce Philip Morris International (PMI) reduced risk products in the Levant in order to provide a better choice to smokers. She has also played a leading role in securing the partnership between PMI and the Regie Libanaise des Tabacs et Tombacs to manufacture PMI's products in Lebanon.

Karine has extensive experience in Public Affairs thanks to her direct involvement in many EU and UNDP programs that support the Ministries of Finance and the Environment. Prior to that, Karine was engaged in major legal and judicial reform projects for the World Bank, in South-East Asia and Latin America.

Karine holds a Post Graduate Degree in Law obtained from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon and an MBA from ESCP-EAP in Paris, France.
