Sahil V. Shah is a recent MPhil graduate in International Relations and Politics from the University of Cambridge. He is a former researcher for 19th U.S. Secretary of Defense William J. Perry and has since led multiple Track II initiatives bilaterally on US-Russia relations and multilaterally on nonproliferation and disarmament issues. He is one of the founding members of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) Youth Group which seeks to strengthen the next generation’s capacity to address pressing nuclear security challenges through dialogue.
