Dr. Connie Nshemereirwe is a Ugandan Civil Engineer turned Educator, and is passionnate about improving the quality of basic education accross Africa. She spent 15 years as an academic at the Uganda Martyrs University, and currently runs her own firm developing digital resources for early childhood literacy and numeracy. She is also active in civil society through the Kigo Thinkers Think Tank in Kampala, and is a member of both the Global and the Ugandan National Young Academy.
