Ms. Leyla Hamlet-gizi ABDULLAYEVA, graduated from the Azerbaijan Oil and Chemistry Higher Education Institute in 1990 on the specialty "Economy of oil and gas industry and its organization". She is an economist-engineer. She has been working as an engineer, jurist, accountant, head of HR and finance department in the Trust 4 under the Ministry of Industrial Building of Azerbaijan between 2001-2007. Later on she took position of Head of accounting sector at the State Antimonopoly Service under the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan between 2007-2010. She has a first grade degree of state employee. Since 2010 she is employed at the Science Development Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan as Assistant to Executive Director and Chief-accountant.
